The breakfast is delicious and there is a variety of options to choose from. The facilities, such as the pool and spa, are a great advantage, providing relaxation and a tranquil atmosphere.

The staff can be slightly inattentive at times, not always following through on their promises.

We had a delightful stay at this beautiful and organized Riad. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided us with all the necessary information and even arranged a much-needed massage for us. The room was incredibly comfortable and the shower was exceptional. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the main square and Koutoubia square. We had no trouble finding it with the help of our phones. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of tasty options. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a lovely setting and the decoration was pretty. The large top roof terrace was well kept and had a nice view. The room was okay and the shower worked fine. The staff was kind and helpful, they even found and returned my lost belongings.

The breakfast was awful and overpriced. The food tasted plain and cheap, and even simple things like a fried egg cost extra.

The fact that it was tucked away down a quiet and safe alleyway made it even better. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. The room itself was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. I particularly loved the spacious and modern bathroom with its amazing walk-in shower. And let's not forget the beautiful gardens, pool, and rooftop terrace - perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The breakfast each morning was a delight, with fresh orange juice, mint tea, and a selection of tasty treats. I had a truly memorable stay at this exceptional hotel.

Despite all the positive aspects, there were a few minor inconveniences. The beds were a bit on the firm side, which might not be to everyone's liking.

We had a fantastic stay here in this luxurious hotel. The location in the center of the medina was perfect and we felt safe exploring the area. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, organizing taxis and even providing a delicious dinner upon our arrival. The room was always spotless and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The comfortable bed and pillows ensured a great night's sleep, and the shower pressure was excellent. We also took advantage of the massage treatment and the jacuzzi, which was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The traditional Moroccan decor added to the overall charm of the place. We even received flowers for my birthday with a lovely birthday note from the staff.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky as it was not well marked and the small streets all looked the same. One room did not include breakfast and the price per person was quite high.
